HOW LONG CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Exchange requests outside of these grace periods will not be accepted except for extraordinary cases.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
Aside from applying for a return within the grace period stated above, below are the other requirements for us to accept your return request:
- All return items must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in original condition, complete with its original packaging.
ARE RETURNS FREE? WHO PAYS FOR DUTIES AND TAXES?
The buyer is responsible for all return costs—including shipping, duties, and taxes. These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us.
Given this, please declare minimum shipment value for returned parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
- Submit a return request via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for our team to process and approve your return request. We reserve the right to refuse return items that are not within our guidelines.
- We will send you an address where to ship back your returns since we have multiple international warehouses.
- Once we’ve received the item/s, we will send you an email updating you of its status.
- After we’ve checked the item/s and it has passed our quality control, you will receive an email containing that you are applicable for refund or exchange.
Note: Our store cannot be held liable for missing shipments if you waive the signature requirement as the logistics provider is outside of our control.
We also recommend keeping the Tracking ID should issues arise. Item/s returned without a return request number will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
I CHANGED MY MIND. WILL YOU SHOULDER FEES?
We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.

Contact us first by following our return process as stated above before sending your purchase back then we will send you an address where to ship back your returns since we have multiple international warehouses.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
We strive to avoid this as much as possible but as soon as you notice it, kindly contact us immediately at email@example.com
MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED!
All of our products are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality products are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that product is damaged in while in transit. Please contact the courier and file an insurance claim.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
The approval, checking and crediting process from our team will only take 3-7 business days in total. The duration and length of time for this will largely depend on your chosen return shipping method. Using standard postal mail will usually delay this process to around 1 month.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?
Rest assured that we make it a point to inform our customers we’ve received their package as soon as it’s delivered to our warehouse. If you opted to return your items via postal mail, it’s possible there were delays in the customs. It’s not unusual for delays to occur during these scenarios.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
We will only refund if your orders are out of stock. Refunds shall be done on the same payment method of the customer.
HOW CAN I ASK FOR REFUND?

HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT MY REFUND IS APPROVED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again after 15-30 banking days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
